Chris­ti­an Schäd­lich und Man­fred Füch­ten­köt­ter freu­en sich über die Aus­wahl als Pra­xis­bei­spiel des Bun­des­mi­nis­te­ri­ums für Arbeit und Sozia­les (BMAS). Unter allen 14 vom BMAS geför­der­ten Zukunfts­zen­tren wur­de Trai­ning-Rea­li­ty als eines von drei inno­va­ti­ven Qua­li­fi­zie­rungs­kon­zep­ten aus­ge­wählt.

Gemein­sam mit der aspher­icon GmbH und sei­nen über 200 Beschäf­tig­ten ent­wi­ckel­ten die bei­den Exper­ten vom ZeTT ein Arbeits­pro­zess­trai­ning mit Hil­fe der VR-Tech­no­lo­gie.
